New Patient Access System!
From the 1st October, we will be switching to a new patient access system called Rapid Health. With this system, you will be able to book GP & Allied Health Professionals appointments online by answering a few quick questions, eliminating the need to call us. If you don’t have access to the internet, don’t worry you can still call us, and our reception team can complete the online form for you over the phone. If no appointments are available, your request will be sent to a GP for review, and care offered within an appropriate timescale.
You can find out more by reading our Rapid Health Frequently Asked Questions Guide (FAQs).
Accessibility
If you need any help our team will be pleased to assist you. We have the following access for our disabled patients and visitors:
- Disabled parking
- Disabled WC
- Induction loop
- Wheelchair access
- Step-free access
Extended Hours
We offer appointments outside of core opening hours during the week, at weekends and Bank Holidays at our Primary Care Network (PCN) Hubs. Please contact reception for further details.
Out of Hours and Emergencies
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
Local and NHS services
The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.
